At PepsiCo International, I oversee financial control and reporting for a $1,500M+ business across Middle East & Africa Beverages and Pakistan. I delivered $3.8M in savings through automation, process redesign, stronger cost governance and eliminating non-value-added activities.
I reduced tax exposure by $15.0M through proactive planning and disciplined compliance. I also accelerated close and standardized reporting, including the transition toward Day 1 close, while strengthening COSO-aligned controls and enterprise risk management.
I lead and develop a 35-person organization, with 10+ internal promotions into broader regional and global finance roles. My earlier PepsiCo experience includes internal control, audit and finance leadership, including implementation and adoption of SAP and other control platforms.
