I seek a senior finance role where I can lead audit/treasury teams, drive ERP-enabled process transformation, strengthen controls, and deliver strategic financial planning.

I am a results-driven financial manager with FCMA (UK) / CGMA (USA) credentials and extensive experience leading audit, treasury and accounts functions across large corporations and clusters. I focus on improving process efficiency, profitability and financial integrity through comprehensive functional and technical analysis.

Over more than a decade I have led finance teams, overseeing portfolios of transactions exceeding PKR 10 billion and managing teams of up to 15 professionals while liaising with government authorities, banks and external auditors. I spearheaded the first Oracle Fusion implementation in Pakistan for my site and have hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle Fusion, Retail Pro and QuickBooks deployments.

My strengths include strategic and financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, process reengineering, fraud investigation and risk management. I have redesigned controls, strengthened reporting mechanisms, aligned front-end sales and back-end production systems with SAP, and improved decision-making through better management reporting.
