I’m seeking a role where I can lead FP&A and cost control using SAP-driven planning and month-end close, strengthen internal financial controls, and turn variance data into actionable improvements across manufacturing.

I’m a Results-driven Controlling & Financial Analyst with 17+ years of progressive experience in management accounting, cost control, FP&A, and financial auditing across manufacturing and industrial sectors. I build financial transparency by combining ERP-led planning with advanced, data-driven analysis.

In my current role as AGM – Costing & Accounts, I spearhead FP&A, OPEX and CAPEX budgeting, and production cost planning for multi-line manufacturing facilities. I drive raw material cost optimization and track material yield efficiency, delivering a 3% favourable material variance, while enforcing stringent financial controls through auditing, verifying, and authorizing payment vouchers and operational spend.

Previously at Qarshi Industries, I leveraged Power BI to automate reporting—turning SAP data into interactive dashboards for Scenario Planning and CAPEX ROI tracking. I managed end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO, handled master data and General Ledger determination with cross-module integration (MM, SD, PP, PM), and improved conversion costs by 4% by analyzing Material Yield variances and Bill of Materials (BOM).

Earlier, as Chief Internal Auditor, I designed and monitored enterprise-wide Internal Financial Controls (IFC) and risk frameworks, and conducted risk-based financial, operational, and compliance audits. I uncovered and dismantled a systemic fraud scheme in the tin-ingot casting process, identifying an 18% annual material theft leakage and strengthening tracking protocols—reflecting my belief that governance, auditability, and continuous improvement are inseparable.
