At MineExcellence, I lead 21 field executives across seven major projects for CIL subsidiaries including NCL and SECL. I manage project tracking, client meetings, technical training, and end-to-end software delivery with QA, DevOps, and Support teams.
I've delivered hands-on support for blast-designing and data-management software at the Digicoal Project, while improving application stability through debugging, performance monitoring, feature enhancements, and continuous integration and deployment strategies.
