What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT fresher opportunity to begin as a SOC analyst trainee, where I can apply SIEM/log analysis and incident troubleshooting. I want structured learning, hands-on security workflows, and collaboration with technical teams.

I’m an MCA Cybersecurity student and cybersecurity-focused fresher with internship experience supporting backend workflows, debugging, and data handling. During my Associate Intern role (Jun 2023 – Aug 2023), I worked on the Potters Maps web project, improving feature implementation and usability while collecting and processing regional data in Excel-based systems.

I’m driven by incident-oriented troubleshooting and security monitoring fundamentals—especially SIEM fundamentals, log analysis, and vulnerability management basics—combined with a strong networking foundation (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSI Model, VPN, IDS/IPS fundamentals). I also build security-focused projects like Python steganography algorithms and a watering hole attack simulation with documented defensive practices, and I back my learning with Google, Cisco, Microsoft, and IBM cybersecurity training.
