What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build on my IT operations and incident management background in a Cybersecurity or SOC Operations role focused on security escalations, access governance, endpoint security, log analysis, and incident response.

I'm currently delivering Tier 2 enterprise support at Amherst India, handling P1/P2 incidents, MFA and SSO access issues, suspicious login investigations, and RBAC enforcement.

Previously at Concentrix, I managed service desk operations, led incident response coordination, ensured SLA delivery and access governance compliance, and provided client reporting and risk insights.

Across 11+ years in IT operations, I've supported enterprise environments through endpoint security, VPN, firewall, email security, incident management, and remote troubleshooting. I'm transitioning further into Cybersecurity and SOC Operations.
