At Indian Railways’ EMU Carshed, Kurla, I developed an ESP32-based thermal monitoring system for EMU electrical panels using an MLX90640 sensor. I also built a Python dashboard with OpenCV to visualize thermal data and connected it to Firebase Realtime Database for live and fallback data modes.

I debugged and refactored the dashboard code, resolving duplicate functions, indentation issues, and variable conflicts while preserving the existing UI and Firebase integration.

During industrial training at MAHATRANSCO, I studied 220 kV substation operations and switchyard layout. I observed transformers, circuit breakers, isolators, CTs, and PTs, with exposure to protection systems and electrical safety procedures.

My projects include a smart predictive transformer health monitoring system, an IoT-based energy monitoring system, ESP32 AC voltage measurement and relay control, and automatic street lighting using an LDR. I’m a third-year Electrical Engineering student seeking internship opportunities in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Substations, Embedded Systems, and IoT.
