I built an ESP32-based energy meter that measures voltage, current, power and energy using ACS712 and ZMPT101 sensors. I debugged noisy readings by examining the signal chain, grounding and signal conditioning, then calibrated against reference measurements.

I logged the meter data to Firebase Realtime Database with a live dashboard and bench-tested the complete system. I also built an ESP32 infusion monitoring and control system that measures fluid level and regulates flow through a servo actuator.

For the infusion system, I integrated MQTT and Node-RED for live status and low-fluid alerts. During testing, I handled hardware bring-up and debugged noise, timing and wiring issues.

My internships gave me hands-on exposure to instrument transformer testing at Delta Power Systems, substation automation and SCADA at TANTRANSCO, and switchgear assembly and testing at Salzer Electronics Ltd. I also gained exposure to wind turbine operations and maintenance at Windkraft Energy Services.
