What I'm looking for

I'm looking to develop trustworthy AI solutions that combine data-driven learning, reasoning, explainability, and real-world impact, particularly in intelligent systems and healthcare AI.

I've built multi-omics machine learning pipelines for cisplatin response prediction in lung cancer, achieving an AUC of 0.9 and identifying 127 enriched pathways. I also developed a temporal multimodal graph neural network for social-network influence prediction across 24K+ nodes and 506K+ interactions.

At Amrita Mind Brain Center, I contributed AI-driven biomedical virtual laboratory modules for the Ministry of Education Virtual Labs Initiative and designed neuro-symbolic learning analytics for explainable assessment and real-time feedback. My work spans Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, graph AI, explainable AI, and data-driven systems, including published research on evaluating Transformer attention explanations.

Contributed to the Ministry of Education (MoE) Virtual Labs Initiative by developing AI-driven biomedical virtual laboratory modules for EMG, ECG, HRV, and Pulse Oximeter experimentation. Designed Neuro-Symbolic learning analytics frameworks integrating machine learning, symbolic reasoning, and ontology-based knowledge representation.
