I'm looking to lead finance and accounting in a high-accountability business where I can improve forecasting, cash flow, controls, profitability, and executive decision-making.

At Cox Transfer, I lead accounting and FP&A for a $27M+ transportation and logistics business, overseeing close, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting.

I've reduced month-end close from 20 days to 5 days, improved forecast variance from roughly 30% to 5%, and built lane, customer, and cost-per-mile models that identified more than $2.5M in margin improvement opportunities.

I manage daily cash positioning and lender relationships across $7.5M in credit facilities while maintaining covenant compliance. I have also prepared for 30+ financial audits, lender exams, and compliance reviews with minimal findings or control deficiencies.

Having progressed from Staff Accountant to Accounting Manager to Director of Finance, I mentor a seven-person accounting team and partner with operations and executive leadership to turn financial data into timely, reliable decisions.
