What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead accounting and financial operations for a growing business where I can strengthen controls, improve reporting and cash flow, implement scalable systems, and partner with leadership on operational decisions.

I've led accounting and financial operations for privately held businesses, most recently helping CTJ Energy Solutions scale from about 35 employees and $10M in revenue to more than 100 employees and $30M+ in projected revenue.

I manage reporting, budgeting, cash flow, payroll, inventory accounting, job costing, lender reporting, and WIP schedules. I also strengthen controls and build documented procedures that give owners and operational leaders timely, reliable financial information.

At Natomas Auto Body & Paint, I served as the lead accounting and finance professional for a multi-location business and supported its successful sale through financial due diligence and transaction documentation. I've also led ERP evaluation and implementation planning for Epicor Kinetic to improve inventory, job costing, and reporting.
