I'm looking to shape digital products through product discovery, user research, UX strategy, and cross-functional collaboration, translating user and business needs into actionable solutions.

At Freudenberg Y-12 National Security Complex, I lead product discovery and UX strategy for enterprise digital products serving 8,000+ users, including the OneNNSAccess visitor registration portal. I define user flows with 25+ stakeholders, manage Scrum work, and advance scalable UI standards and Section 508 compliance.

I've also shaped product recommendations for mindaware through healthcare-market research at Altasparq, supported the University of Tennessee's enterprise design system, led a three-designer team delivering a transit-operator resource hub for PACT, and designed precision-agriculture interfaces for CNH Industrial.
