At Elyx Life, I architected a lab-report-to-FHIR pipeline that turns lab PDFs into nine FHIR resource types, linking each result to its source page so doctors can verify it. I also standardized lab values to LOINC and UCUM for clearer biomarker trends.
I launched EMR AI, a clinical copilot built with LangGraph and FastAPI agents that cut pre-visit preparation by about 50%, with answers citing the relevant report and page. I also designed its multi-agent mode and piloted ECAP, an ambient copilot that drafts SOAP notes during visits.
Previously, I built biomedical research RAG workflows at Instel LLC and developed AstroRAG and an LLMOps pipeline with the NASA ADS team at Harvard IACS. At DeNA, I worked on user and spending analyses for Pococha, including methods to flag bots and alternate accounts.
