At Shell, I lead end-to-end IT workstreams for CIO-priority divestment programs, covering due diligence, carve-out execution, Day 1 readiness, TSA design, and operating model handover.

I've delivered technology separations for Shell Singapore Refinery and Chemical Plant, and the Shell & Equinor integrated JV, orchestrating application landscapes, SMEs, vendors, testing, and cutovers. My work supported flawless cutovers with zero operational issues and zero post-go-live business disruption, while delivering $1.4M in Digital Twin simplification savings and $160K through Python automation.

I'm currently leading production and hydrocarbon accounting separation for NAM assets and the complete application landscape for Shell Indonesia Mobility and Trading & Supply divestment.

Alongside delivery, I build multimodal RAG agents and AI tools, including an SoW Auditor and BRD and test-case generators. I also built Content Genie, a production-deployed Next.js platform using a 14-agent content automation system for creators.
