At Terrantic Inc., I architected Planner+, a LangGraph-based platform replacing paper-and-Excel planning for North American food processors. I shipped five production agents end-to-end and guided development of another.
I built Planner+’s allocation engine as a priority-based heuristic over a business rule engine. On identical inventory, it achieved 5–10% higher packout and 6–8% lower cull than the client’s production runs.
At Typeface.ai, I was a founding engineer on the team that built Arc, a generative AI platform deployed with multiple Fortune-100 clients and recognized in TIME’s Best Inventions 2024. I owned its Feed Item Generator, coordinating text, image, and layout generation across AI services; campaign email production went from 1–2 weeks to under five minutes.
I also engineered Arc’s fault-tolerant architecture, reducing failure rates by over 90% while sustaining 99.9% uptime. More recently, I designed batching in Terrantic’s Demand agent to reduce thousands of per-order LLM invocations to fewer than 50 per plan run.
