At Capgemini, I architected an enterprise Microsoft Fabric and Power BI platform across nine business domains, improving data accessibility and reducing manual reporting effort. I also established the Fabric and Power BI Center of Excellence and its governance standards.

I built an AI-powered Incident Analysis Agent with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate to analyze ServiceNow incidents and automate investigation workflows. I also designed Power BI semantic models that reduced report execution time.
