At Sclera VDMS Pvt Ltd, I configured and troubleshot network infrastructure across hospitality properties and residential sites, including Cisco routers and switches, GPON OLT/ONT devices, and wireless access points. I investigated outages remotely and coordinated with field engineers to support fault resolution and service restoration. I also handled client connectivity issues, managed incidents through Jira, and maintained network topology diagrams and technical documentation.
