What I'm looking for

I’m looking to coordinate construction projects where I can own planning-to-handover execution, keep schedule and budget controlled, and protect design intent—collaborating closely with contractors, authorities, and clients while using tools like Procore and BIM-ready workflows.

I’m a Construction Project Coordinator with 2+ years of hands-on experience and 65+ projects delivered across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and civic typologies. I bring licensed architectural expertise to manage the full project lifecycle—from planning and scheduling to permit documentation and client handover.

I’ve coordinated multiple active projects by keeping schedule, budget, and design intent aligned across construction stages. In independent practice, I managed 15+ projects, coordinated contractors and suppliers, prepared project documentation and progress reports, and monitored construction execution to ensure the design intent stayed intact.

I’m also a visualization-minded problem solver, combining field coordination with strong technical communication. I use Procore (certification in progress), AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and MS Office to support reporting, approvals, and clear on-site updates, while staying proactive with contractors and stakeholders.
