Through my independent database and data engineering projects, I designed relational schemas, custom PL/pgSQL routines, and validation rules. I learn by building real systems from the ground up.
For a two-sided home-services marketplace, I modeled and normalized a six-table PostgreSQL schema, using SQL constraints and regex pattern matching to validate data.
I also created reporting views with multi-table joins and aggregations to calculate contractor earnings and net monthly payroll. Custom PL/pgSQL functions automated transactional CRUD workflows and encapsulated core database logic.
I’m a PharmD student interested in software development, data engineering, and operational workflows. I focus on database internals, schema design, data integrity, and end-to-end data pipelines.
