I’m a detail-focused professional with experience as a “Store Keeper” for about 1.5 years and as a “Quality Auditor” for about 2.5 years. I bring a practical, process-driven mindset—maintaining manual and software account balance, staying consistent on tasks until completion, and building smooth working relationships with customers and other professionals.

I also support day-to-day problem resolution by working with users/employees to identify computer problems and help drive solutions. Alongside my background, I’m proficient with MsOffice and Internet Browsing, and I can communicate effectively in both English and Bengali through understanding, speaking, reading, and writing—backed by creative thinking, analysis, and problem-solving.
