What I'm looking for

I'm seeking interdisciplinary research opportunities developing sustainable enzyme-based solutions for biomass valorization, industrial biocatalysis, and bio-based products.

I'm completing a Ph.D. at CSIR-Institute of Himalayan Bioresource Technology, where I identify, express, purify, and characterize microbial lytic polysaccharide monooxygenases for biomass valorization. My work combines microbial screening, genome mining, transcriptome analysis, CAZyme annotation, enzyme kinetics, and mass-spectrometry-based product analysis.

I've contributed to publications in Archives of Microbiology, The FEBS Journal, and Scientific Reports, including work reporting a high-quality hybrid genome assembly and transcriptomic profiling of Trichoderma caribbaeum IHBT. I'm motivated by interdisciplinary research that translates enzyme biotechnology into sustainable biomass deconstruction, industrial biocatalysis, and bio-based products.
