What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead compliance, contract governance, vendor-risk, and regulatory operations where I can build practical frameworks, manage complex supply-chain risk, and support scalable international growth.

At Greencastle Solutions, I lead regulatory compliance and contract governance across contingent workforce and outsourced service models. I build risk registers, negotiate vendor agreements, and embed controls for tax liability, indemnities, and regulatory alignment.

I've managed multi-jurisdictional compliance and contract lifecycles at JCW Group, LHi Group, and ICG Medical Group, covering the UK, EU, Switzerland, USA, and South Africa. My work includes IR35, GDPR/POPIA, AML/CFT, KYC, supplier due diligence, audit readiness, and contractor engagement risk reviews.

I'm trained in law and combine commercial contract negotiation with practical process design, policies, SOPs, and compliance training. I focus on making complex legal and regulatory requirements workable across operations.
