At Zino Davidoff (AHG Private Limited), I drove quarterly pricing and margin analysis to counter parallel imports, contributing to a 4–6% improvement in gross margins while maintaining market share.
I also built product-line financial models to assess demand, pricing, import duties, and profitability before market entry decisions. I supported budgeting and performance tracking, contributing to a 10–12% reduction in stock-outs and excess inventory.
For my final-year project, I led market feasibility and network analysis for ASSL’s proposed commuter airline “Air Chalo,” identifying underserved domestic routes across Pakistan. I built a dynamic five-year startup airline financial model to assess regional route viability.
In project work, I developed a fraud risk scoring framework in R Studio using a 300,000-observation credit dataset, and built a three-statement DCF valuation model for Pakistan Cables Limited.
