What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead backend architecture for high-throughput APIs, optimize data layers, and ship resilient production systems. I want strong CI/CD and cloud infrastructure, plus a culture focused on code quality and mentorship.

I’ve built and scaled backend systems for 8+ years, with my current focus as a Team Lead designing distributed architectures and production-grade platforms. I specialize in high-throughput APIs, optimized data layers, and reliability with an obsession for performance and long-term maintainability.

My engineering practice blends Python and frameworks like Django and FastAPI (including DRF) with strong system design. I’ve led efforts across microservices, modular monoliths, and API design—driving architecture decisions, delivery ownership, and secure, efficient implementations.

On the data and scalability side, I work deeply with PostgreSQL optimization (indexing, query planning, replication, partitioning) and Oracle databases. I also build for concurrency and scale using Redis caching, async workloads, task queues, and robust deployment pipelines.

I’m equally invested in engineering culture: mentoring developers, setting code quality standards, and improving team productivity. In recent roles, I’ve owned end-to-end delivery with cloud deployments and CI/CD using Docker, GitHub Actions, and AWS-based setups.
