At Zexovo, I re-architected BGVAI’s phone agents to stream conversations, cutting reply latency from over five seconds to 1.2–1.4 seconds. I also shipped document verification for Indian IDs and a per-field and case scoring engine.
I’ve hardened HotelOS’s agentic layer with role guards, expiring approvals, and idempotent retries. I also fixed a production dialer bug and added whole-call recording and AI disclosure.
As an Open Source Contributor to CNCF projects, I’ve merged 29 PRs across OpenTelemetry, LitmusChaos, OpenYurt, krkn, Podman, Jaeger, HAMi, and kgateway. My project work includes a hybrid ML and RAG farm-advisory system and multi-agent reasoning tools.
