I’m a Technical Manager with 18+ years of experience helping organizations in Telecom, Aviation, Healthcare, and SaaS build scalable, cloud-native platforms. My focus is improving reliability and engineering velocity through strong DevOps/SRE practices and platform engineering.

In the last 3 years, I architected migration of 80+ customer workloads to AWS with zero disruptions. I also eliminated patch-related production incidents by introducing a pre-production validation stage, and reduced idle resource costs by 65% by moving from static infrastructure to on-demand, containerized build agents.

Most recently at Vendavo and now at Jio Platforms, I lead DevOps/Cloud teams for product lines, ensuring high availability through 24x7 global support and incident response. I established structured release governance via a Change Control Board (CCB), and streamlined CI/CD and cloud capabilities while strengthening operational excellence and cross-team coordination.

Earlier, as an Sr DevOps Architect, I built and automated enterprise CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and AWS, and delivered traceability improvements that increased release linkage by 80% while reducing release cycle time by 25%. I’ve also implemented disaster recovery and security best practices (encryption, certificate management, and AWS KMS key management), and supported internal teams with self-service tooling to accelerate adoption.
