I’m hands-on with SaaS unit economics and reporting that teams can use immediately—ARR, NRR, LTV/CAC, churn, and expansion, plus cross-border India–US operations. I’ve worked deeply with US GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition, and I translate finance details into practical decision support.
I’ve repeatedly improved performance through finance transformation: automated executive dashboards in Power BI, reduced monthly MIS from days to hours, and sharpened forecasting accuracy using driver-based models. In leadership roles, I built integrated planning engines for P&L, headcount, and OPEX forecasting to speed up board-level decision making.
My proudest wins include delivering 25% YoY EBITDA growth across a ₹40 Cr IT Services P&L, operating $30M ARR in a global SaaS FP&A mandate, and building finance functions from zero for technology organizations and across growth phases.
