What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead FP&A, strategic finance, financial modeling, and board reporting for a complex multi-country business, ideally in a remote-first environment where I can partner with leaders across time zones.

At Humancare World Wide, I lead FP&A and strategic finance for a ₹500+ Cr consolidated P&L across seven countries, managing and mentoring a 15-member finance team. Our work has supported 12% YoY EBITDA growth.

I own the planning cycle end to end, from annual budgets and rolling forecasts to variance analysis, long-range planning, and board reporting. Using SAP and driver-based planning, I improved forecast accuracy by 22% and reduced budget-cycle time by 40%.

I build three-statement, scenario, and sensitivity models that turn operating data into practical budgeting, cost, and departmental decisions. I also create Power BI and Tableau dashboards and board-level narratives for CXOs and directors.

Previously at Mazars and Quatrro FPO, I advised and led reporting for 40+ client organisations, prevented ₹350 Cr in overspend, identified cost efficiencies and fraud, and improved reporting speed through structured MIS and KPI frameworks.
