What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply and strengthen my analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills in a role where I can support business objectives, learn continuously, and add value to the organization.

I'm an Accounts Receivable Executive at Pacific BPO, R1RCM, handling registration denials and AR follow-up for the past two years.

I manage invoicing, collections, reconciliation, payment discrepancies, and claim follow-up across government payers including Medicaid and Medicare. I also work with commercial payers such as UHC, Regence, Cigna, and Aetna.

I use Excel, Outlook, Epic Software, I Centra, Collection Management, Contract Manager, Tally, and AI software to support billing, resubmissions, collections, and payer research. I bring a methodical problem-solving approach, active communication, and a strong interest in learning new trends.
