At Adroit Overseas Enterprises Ltd., I coordinate process improvement projects across seven grain facilities in Saskatchewan. I manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments across the project lifecycle.
I coordinate with vendors, project engineers, and multidisciplinary teams, and prepare RFQs, RFIs, technical evaluations, and project documentation. My work also includes safety and compliance assessments such as Dust Hazard Analysis (DHA) and HACCP.
At Irle Kay Jay Rolls Pvt. Ltd., I worked in chilled cast iron roll production for flour mills, feed mills, solvent extraction plants, and the chocolate industry. I supervised production activities across milling, grinding, grooving, boring, and lathes.
I applied FMEA, SPC, process capability studies, and lean manufacturing practices to improve production reliability and workflows. I also implemented preventive maintenance schedules and coordinated with design and R&D teams on continuous improvement.
