I am a seasoned technology executive with ~28 years in IT, experienced in leading global enterprise application portfolios, product organisations and engineering teams across Banking, Financial Services and Insurance. I specialise in cloud migration, DevSecOps, quality engineering and product operating models that drive measurable business outcomes.

Most recently as IT Director – Head of Enterprise Applications & Head of Engineering at MS Amlin, I led a global organisation of 320+ professionals, owned a portfolio of 300+ products, delivered Azure migrations, decommissioned legacy estates and realised over $1.2M in annual cost savings through strategic partnering and operating model changes.

I combine hands-on product ownership, operating model design, vendor and P&L accountability with a track record of building high-performing teams, embedding governance and delivering large-scale modernization, compliance and transformation programs.
