At Backbone Plumbing, I manage 6 to 7 concurrent commercial and residential plumbing and utility projects valued from $50,000 to $500,000.

I oversee each project from estimating, contract negotiation, permitting, and materials procurement through closeout. I track milestones, field progress, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and change orders to keep projects on budget and on schedule.

I use digital project management tools, blueprint markup software, QuickBooks, and spreadsheets to coordinate workflows, resolve plan discrepancies, and maintain quality across active job sites.

Before project management, I supported industrial piping fabrication and installation at Turner Industries by interpreting isometric drawings, staging materials, and following site safety protocols. I'm also completing a Bachelor of Science in Project Management and planning to earn my PMP certification.
