I've managed enterprise Microsoft SQL Server estates at Libertex Group, Gazprom Management & Trading, and DBI, supporting environments ranging from 10+ to 600+ instances and databases up to 10 TB.

At Libertex Group, I administer SQL Server 2016–2025 infrastructure, implement Always On Availability Groups, optimize performance bottlenecks, and maintain backup, migration, monitoring, and cloud integration workflows. I support BI platforms including Kyubit, QlikView, and Klipfolio while improving reliability through proactive maintenance with Zabbix, Dynatrace, and Grafana.

At Gazprom Management & Trading and DBI, I configured high-loaded SQL Server systems, built high-availability solutions using Always On, mirroring, log shipping, and replication, and delivered backup, recovery, and disaster-recovery planning for enterprise customers.

I've also worked as a Technical Account Manager and senior DBA, coordinating up to 10 concurrent projects, delivering ITIL-aligned support, and translating customer requirements into dependable database solutions. I bring hands-on root-cause analysis, documentation, stakeholder communication, and experience leading a monitoring team.
