Joined an existing OpenCart 2.3 codebase and became sole developer after a year. Owned the performance overhaul of a 500,000+ SKU furniture marketplace, cutting average page load times from 15–20 seconds to 2–3 seconds through SQL query optimization and business-logic refactoring.

Served as primary maintainer of a Laravel-based currency exchange platform, resolving several hundred bugs across both the admin panel and customer-facing side. Redesigned the order flow and shipped new front-end pages to support it, alongside real-time exchange-rate calculations and secure transaction handling.

Designed and built a delivery-pricing and shipment-calculation platform from scratch, integrating four carriers (DPD, DHL, UPS, FedEx) behind a common interface for address-based dynamic pricing and package weight/dimension calculations. Applied a layered, service-oriented architecture with thin controllers, service classes, repositories, and interface-based abstraction.

Transitioned into fully remote work; adapted to Agile/Scrum practice and direct communication with non-technical stakeholders. Took ownership of a heavily customized Shopware 5 platform with a separate custom Yii2 admin panel, resolving several hundred production bugs and building an adapter layer bridging Home24's order feed into an existing order-processing system.

Engineered a single-page application (Laravel + Angular) for a Belgium-based client within two months of joining as a junior developer. Grew into a cross-project technical role across roughly 9–10 client engagements, leading client discussions and picking up new stacks on short notice.
