What I'm looking for

I'm open to full-time remote employment or contractor work where I can support users, test ERP releases, solve operational issues, and contribute to reliable software delivery.

At E&L Produções de Software, I support public-sector clients using the GPI ERP, diagnosing errors, resolving first-level issues, and guiding users through municipal tax, filing, collection, and bookkeeping routines. I was promoted from Customer Support to Quality Assurance Analyst in three months, the fastest promotion in the company’s history.

I now own functional testing and release sign-off before deployment, reproduce and document defects for development, and generate application builds with Maven. I’ve also led automation, design, and digital-presence engagements for domestic and international clients in English, and co-founded businesses in automation and e-commerce.
