Artem Korolev

I’m a Backend Developer with a degree in Software Engineering. My main experience is with Python, Go and FastAPI, working with PostgreSQL, Redis, Apache Kafka, Docker, Nginx, and Git. I’m particularly interested in backend architecture, microservices, distributed systems, APIs, and scalable solutions.

During my internship at Yandex in the Payment Scenarios Development team, I worked with Go and internal payment systems. I contributed to the core and adapter logic of the payment system and worked on payment processing, markup, and troubleshooting. As a result of the internship, I was recommended for a permanent position. This gave me valuable experience working with production-oriented software.

I also developed backend for dating app as an project focused on exploring microservice architecture with an API, API Gateway, message broker and event-driven communication. I enjoy solving complex technical problems and application of my knowledge in practice. I’m now looking for opportunities to grow as a Backend Developer.
