Built Power BI dashboards and produced reports, leading to a 70% client retention rate for follow-up market research projects while managing project delivery end-to-end within 1–2 months.

Delivered data analysis insights by combining business understanding with advanced SQL querying and statistical analysis, including machine learning to support strategic decisions. Trained Random Forest and Decision Tree classifiers to predict borrower credit risk on a 466K-record dataset.
