Arnold Lewis
@arnoldlewis
Security professional specializing in incident response and vulnerability assessment to minimize enterprise risk.
What I'm looking for
I’m a detail-oriented, proactive security professional with a law-enforcement background and extensive experience running high-threat shift operations. I’ve served as Incident Commander during planned and unplanned events and as a mid-level supervisor, coaching teams and using performance management to drive results.
I act as a Vulnerability Assessor by conducting security audits across facilities and security systems, including physical penetration testing, adversarial simulation, site assessments, and quantitative analysis. I investigate suspect events through threat assessment and intervention interviews, and I apply de-escalation techniques to prevent violent incidents.
I also support broader security operations through emergency response work, creating and distributing Incident Action Plans and After Action Reports, and training others through drills and tabletop exercises. I’m focused on strengthening safety, compliance, and continuity of operations—so security gaps are identified early and corrected quickly.
