What I'm looking for

Seeking a role in special needs care where I can utilize my experience to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and collaborative environment.

I bring over four years of experience in early childhood development, with a strong focus on supporting special needs children and adults. My background includes determining work placements for 150 special needs adult clients and maintaining detailed client databases and records. I have also coordinated client contact with local healthcare professionals monthly and managed a team of 25 volunteer workers.

In my childcare experience, I coordinated service assignments for 20 part-time counselors and 100 client families. I oversaw daily activities and outings for 100 clients, assisting families in researching financial assistance and healthcare. Additionally, I supported teachers in managing daily classroom activities and oversaw both daily and special student activities.

I hold a BS in Early Childhood Development and a BA in Elementary Education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, achieving a 3.8 and 3.5 GPA respectively, with an overall GPA of 3.4. I was also recognized on the Dean’s List and Chancellor’s List.
