I've built production backend services at cbytes for an e-commerce catalog of 6,761 SKUs, raising classified coverage from 66.6% to 93.5%. I also traced and removed a multi-provider failover bottleneck that reduced request latency from 30 seconds to 1.5–2.5 seconds.

At Encubatorr and CardTree Technologies, I've shipped onboarding systems, durable approval workflows, content-generation services, and automated workflow engines integrating Salesforce, Gmail, Google Calendar, Calendly, and Slack. My work spans TypeScript, React, Node.js, Next.js, AWS, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, REST APIs, webhooks, and vector retrieval pipelines.

I also led a four-engineer team to deliver GSFC University's fest platform, sustaining 5,000+ concurrent users with zero downtime at peak registration. I enjoy owning systems end to end—from responsive interfaces and authentication to scalable data layers, testing, and deployment.
