What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and deliver end-to-end AI, RAG and agentic systems, combining technical strategy, architecture and hands-on implementation. I value client-facing work that turns AI into reliable products and workflows.

I'm CTO at Inveniq AS, delivering AI, RAG and agentic systems for clients across architecture, Python development, data integrations and deployment. Previously at Experis Norway, I led Data & AI and established Experis Semantic Solutions for GenAI and RAG client projects.

I've delivered end-to-end AI products spanning document ingestion, retrieval, APIs, frontend integration, authentication, cloud deployment and evaluation for organizations including Canon Medical Systems Europe, Bodø Municipality, TGS and Backe Entreprenør. My earlier work at Earth Science Analytics built cloud data foundations for more than 7,000 wellbores and applied ML across the oil and gas industry.
