At Institut national de l’audiovisuel (INA), I take AI metadata extraction into production across audiovisual archives. I operate four on-premises Kubernetes clusters and develop GPU model-serving pipelines for transcription, multimodal language models, and embeddings.
On INA’s multimodal natural-language search engine for the professional archive, I’m the sole DevOps engineer. I work on deployments, security, and the Elasticsearch vector-search cluster for a hybrid semantic and exact-match search experience across six million assets.
At Air France-KLM, I was tech lead for a flight-schedule optimization tool that saved €1M over the winter 2024 season. I also worked on dynamic pricing and cargo palletization, including an improvement that reduced bookings forced onto flights by operations by 20%.
