I am a Senior Full-Stack Java developer with 10+ years building and deploying enterprise-scale applications in distributed and cloud environments. I specialize in Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices architecture to deliver maintainable, secure solutions.

At NOAA I designed, developed, and optimized mission-critical weather and climate systems, building RESTful APIs and microservices and integrating large datasets with PostgreSQL and Oracle. I refactored legacy systems, improved performance, and implemented automated testing and CI/CD to increase reliability and deployment velocity.

Previously I led migrations of legacy J2EE applications to modern WebLogic environments, integrated JMS to improve client-server communication, and optimized data access with SQL and Hibernate. I have hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, Ant, and cloud-native practices while working in Agile/Scrum teams.
