Armand Daussà

Mid-level Software Engineer with a background in Computer Engineering and experience across full-stack and embedded systems development. I began my career as a Full Stack Developer, working on custom CRM solutions for clients, and later transitioned into embedded engineering while completing my bachelor’s degree.

I currently serve as Embedded Department Team Lead at an engineering services startup, where I combine hands-on development with technical leadership. My responsibilities include designing and building scalable infrastructure, planning and managing embedded projects, coordinating tasks for a small engineering team, and working directly with clients to gather requirements and present project proposals.

I have led projects ranging from the development and deployment of remotely managed water dispenser systems deployed across Spain, to industrial software for mining machinery as an external R&D developer. I also played a key role in the revamp of JBC Soldering’s new line of soldering stations, implementing a custom Yocto-based Linux system, Flutter-based embedded UI, and overseeing production-line planning, device provisioning, and secure remote updates.

This role allows me to grow as a developer while strengthening my communication, management, and client-facing skills.
