What I'm looking for

I'm looking to own product discovery and delivery for AI or data products, partnering with engineering, design, and data teams to turn customer evidence into validated roadmaps, clear requirements, and measurable outcomes.

At PwC, I lead AI and data product discovery for UPS, turning customer research, workflow analysis, and readiness assessments into validated recommendations and integration plans.

I've cut discovery-to-launch-ready cycle time by about 80% by embedding AI tools and prompt engineering into discovery sessions, enabling real-time prototype validation before engineering handoff. I've also shaped interface decisions across usability, compliance, and process efficiency with business owners, engineers, and offshore developers.
