As Technical Program Manager for Dextro, I drove phase-gate readiness, integrated planning, risk management, and budget forecasting. I achieved approximately 85% forecast accuracy and 100% budget utilization, while expediting more than 270 part numbers to pull in ETAs by over three months.
My earlier work at Lam Research and Applied Materials combines mechanical design, product qualification, configuration management, supplier development, and system-level execution. I’ve owned a $50M Etch spares part family, led FEA and validation for $20M repair and refurbishment projects, and filed a trade secret for a new ESC manufacturing technique.
