At Pix Robotics, I owned QA for a BI platform from requirements review through final sign-off across 30+ major releases. I authored a 2,000+ case library and kept the defect escape rate below 2%.
I designed a Playwright framework from scratch using Page Object Model and pytest fixtures, growing it to about 200 UI tests and 500 API tests. By tying assertions to dashboard data-load state, I cut flaky failures from about 18% of runs to 4%.
I automated the post-release smoke pass, replacing a full day of manual checks with a 30-minute GitLab CI run. I also reconciled more than 100 BI metrics against source SQL and traced discrepancies to a NOT IN filter-logic defect.
At SIGMA-IT, I validated business workflows and external API integrations, supported UAT rounds with client representatives, and turned recurring support issues into regression coverage. I also uncovered an IDOR access-control flaw during authorization testing.
