At Concentrix, I oversee quality for a team of 20 agents, using evaluations, coaching, and calibration sessions to strengthen customer experience, compliance, and KPI performance.

I lead fraud and compliance monitoring, analyze high-risk patterns and security breaches, and deliver end-to-end reporting that supports risk mitigation and operational decisions. I also mentor new hires through nesting sessions and provide hands-on technical support as they transition to production.

My background in Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics includes co-leading GOIL PLC service-station projects, managing tendering and contractor payments, preparing cost estimates and Bills of Quantities, and coordinating stakeholders. As a PMP-certified professional, I bring project planning, process improvement, and performance analysis to high-volume service environments.
