I’m a Project Coordinator aspirant currently working as a Trainer & Support Executive at ICICI Prudential, where I coordinate training and support, manage stakeholder communication, and keep processes moving end to end. I’m currently pursuing an MBA in Project Management to deepen my ability to plan, execute, and deliver with structure.

In my role, I spearheaded structured monthly training sessions for 30+ partner employees and resolved 40–50 customer and employee queries per week to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes. I also coordinate between 3–4 cross-functional teams, streamlining communication and reducing turnaround time while maintaining 100+ policy-related records with accuracy and compliance.

I’m especially proud of improving efficiency by 15–20% through effective coordination, tracking, and follow-ups—while tracking the end-to-end policy issuance lifecycle for 80+ cases monthly to reduce issuance delays. I bring strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, and I’m eager to support project execution, task management, and operational efficiency in my next role.
