I’m a Software Tester with 3.5+ years of experience in Manual and API Testing for web and mobile applications. I focus on turning requirements into effective test scenarios and test cases that protect quality from development through release.
I perform Functional, Integration, Regression, and API Testing to ensure application reliability. With hands-on Postman work, I validate requests and verify responses, data accuracy, and endpoint functionality.
I’m strong in defect and test management, logging, tracking, and managing defects using Jira while collaborating with developers for timely resolution. I also execute SQL validations and monitor application logs to support issue analysis and troubleshooting.
I work comfortably in Agile environments, participate in Agile ceremonies, and manage QA activities across 4+ projects to help drive successful releases. Previously, as a Technical Support Engineer, I strengthened my troubleshooting, customer communication, installation/configuration, and training skills.
